Our Founder
Podcast Conduit founder, Bret Farmer, a twenty-year veteran of live audio production, travels the continent as an audio engineer, working in venues large and as small. Because he can’t keep his hands off a sound board when he’s not working, he has developed a studio at home to produce audio products and do post-production work for colleagues as well as his own podcasting show and network.
Throughout his years in the audio industry, Bret has had the privilege of working with many well-known performers and speakers. (Feel free to ask him about them. He loves to share the stories.) Through these experiences he has honed his abilities to where he can respond quickly and efficiently, giving the client what they need, when they need it… usually ASAP or before.
Bret’s experience with recording, editing, sweetening, and posting audio is second only to his coaching and teaching skills. Put them together and you have a powerful resource for getting your message out. He is well versed in equipment choices, setup and use techniques, and podcasting tips and tricks, and thoroughly enjoys the art of storytelling.

Bret lives just south of Charlotte, NC, with his wife, Barbara, and their two extraordinary sons, Brady and Bryson. When given a free afternoon, you’ll find him helping his boys tweak their Lego stop-motion video projects or taking those same two young men out to shoot a few rounds of archery.
