Getting Started

Audio Processing & File Preparation

  • Level balancing, sweetening, any edits that it may need
  • Adding any extras that you may desire—theme music, narrating announcements, etc.
  • Process your file to MP3 Format for quick and easy downloads.
  • Embed your logo or graphic, links to your site, and any other text information you would like to be distributed with your file.
  • Upload your file to the hosting server. Once uploaded, the RSS feed is updated which goes out to all the networks you’re registered with.
  • Monthly Analytics of your podcast. These are your download statistics—where you’re being downloaded, how often, etc.

Backups and More Backups

We take your message seriously. We will keep archived backups of your podcasts in three different locations as well as the hosting and hosting backup locations. This may seem redundant, but multiple backups have become an industry standard and have proven their worth.

Pricing

Podcast Conduit provides this entire service for a low monthly rate. Automatic monthly billing will be set up through Paypal Business. The price includes your current and future content. If you have archived recordings that you would like online as well, we can do that too. Evaluation, timing, and pricing will be on a case-by-case scenario. We apologize for any inconvenience.  Due to the competitive nature of our business, we have chosen not to disclose them online.  Our prices are only a phone call or email away.

Radio Service

Some of you work with radio stations to get your message out over the air. If this is the case for you, we’re happy to create a second copy of your message in whatever audio format the radio station requires. This of course would be done at no additional charge.
